Freedom T-shirt & Hoodie Delivery

Pre-order 

Freedom tees and hoodies are on sale via pre-order 14th Sep 23 - 21st Sep 23.  Once the pre-order window has closed, we will send all of the items for printing.  We anticipate printing will take approximately 2-weeks after pre-order closure. 

We will then dispatch the printed t-shirts to the address given in the order.  Please let us know via hello@yesfriends.co.uk of any address changes.

Delivery

Shipping is included in the Freedom tees and hoodie price.  If other items are purchased alongside the pre-order tees and hoodies, then these will ship immediately as described here and will incur our usual shipping cost.  If you would like us to delay shipping and ship your complete order together, then please let us know in a note in the space provided at checkout.

Import VAT and Duties

🇺🇸 There are no import duties or taxes payable on orders below $800 shipped to the USA 😀

🇪🇺 Orders below 150€ shipped to countries within the EU include import VAT and duties in the price.  EU orders where the pre-tax value exceeds 150€ are require the customer to pay import VAT and duties on delivery. Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.  If no taxes are shown prior to payment, then your basket exceeds 150€ and you must pay import VAT and duties on delivery.

Import value-added tax (VAT) and duties, where applicable, are payable to the shipping company by the customer on delivery. There may also be a handling or brokerage charge levied by the shipping carrier to collect these fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: we are not able to accept returns of pre-ordered Freedom printed tees and hoodies. 

For all other products if it's not right send it back to us within 45 days of arriving, unworn with tags and we'll issue a refund.  Click here for more information on returns.
