Returns

Please note: we are not able to accept returns of opened underwear.  For all other products, if it's not right send it back to us within 28 days of arriving, unworn with tags and we'll issue a refund. Returns are at your own expense.  

🇺🇸 U.S. returns are to our depot in Seattle, WA.  Returns from all other countries are to our distribution hub in Bristol, UK.

If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us and re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store.

A Little Note On Returns

We would love all our returns and exchanges to be free. 

We're a super small brand, so can't afford to do that. But by not spending lots on returns it means we can focus on keeping ethical affordable. As we get bigger, we'll work on making returns & exchanges better and better. Thank you so much for your support.
