Yes Friends is hiring a part-time customer service associate to join us, as we grow our collection of ethical & sustainable clothing.

Yes Friends exists to make ethical clothing affordable and transform the fashion industry. Small goals.

We launched in April 2021 with the £7.99 sustainable & ethical T-shirt. In our first month we sold over 4,000 T-shirts. Journalists got the memo and we were featured in The Guardian, The Independent and Sky News and received the highest ethical rating by independent ethical directory Good On You.

Since then, we’ve continued to grow our collection and have also become the first UK brand to allow customers to tip garment workers directly.

We’re now looking for a friendly customer service associate to join us as we continue to grow Yes Friends.

The core of your role will be customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers; picking and packing orders, replying to emails and DMs. You will need to be highly organised, dealing with stock management and shipping carriers.

As a small business there is always lots to do, so you will also be getting involved with additional day-to-day admin tasks and business support. Being able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks will be essential.

You’ll be a detail oriented person, with a logical approach to tasks. You're the sort of person who loves making and ticking things off on a to-do list. You’ll be friendly and approachable, creating a positive company culture and tone with customers will come naturally to you.

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written English
• Working knowledge of social media platforms
• Quick learner of new software platforms

Salary: £12/hour

Location: Bristol, UK
Part-time: 8-12 hours per week 

Working hours (with some flexibility):

Monday - 11:30-2:30pm

Tuesday - 1:30-3pm

Wednesday - 1:30-3pm

Thursday - 1:30-3pm

Friday - 1:30-3pm
