Free IJM Pre-Order Delivery

Free UK & International delivery on all IJM pre-orders. We estimate your order will be made and shipped within five weeks of ordering. Please email hello@yesfriends.co.uk for any address changes.

If you order IJM products alongside other Yes Friends products, your orders will be shipped separately and will incur our usual shipping cost. If you would like us to delay shipping and ship your complete order together, then please let us know in a note in the space provided on the checkout page.

Standard Yes Friends Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm (GMT+1) Mon - Fri are dispatched the same day. All deliveries are tracked.

Standard UK delivery is £3 (single tee) / £4 and ships Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Express UK delivery is £4 (single tee) / £5 and ships Royal Mail Tracked 24.

🇺🇸 Standard U.S. delivery (< 2Kg) is $7.95 to all states and arrives in 3-7 working days.

🇪🇺 Eurozone delivery is 7,95€ and arrives in 3-5 working days. EU orders below 150€ include import VAT and duties in the product price. See note below for orders above 150€

🇨🇦 Canada delivery (< 2Kg) is $12.50 to all states and arrives in 3-7 working days.

🌎 International delivery (< 2Kg) is £7.95 excluding import VAT and duties, and arrives in 5-8 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: we are not able to accept opened returns of underwear. For all other products if it's not right send it back to us within 45 days of arriving, unworn with tags and we'll issue a refund. Click here for more information on returns.

If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us and re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store.

Care

Machine wash at 30℃.
Line dry.
Wash with similar colours.
Do not bleach. But do wear on the beach.
Do not tumble dry.
Use a cool iron.

Made from 100% fairly traded, organic cotton.

The organic cotton is pre-shrunk before cutting & sewing to minimise shrinkage, but do allow for a small amount of shrinkage on first wash (3-4%).
