Dispatch Times: UK orders are sent Monday - Friday (except bank holidays). If you order before 12pm BST we will aim to send your order the same day.

International Delivery

Dispatch Times: International orders are sent Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except bank holidays). If you order before 12pm BST Monday, Wednesday or Friday we aim to send your order the same day.

*If you'd like to order above 140€ to the EU please order in two separate transactions (this is due to EU rules on the value of goods we can send whilst still collecting taxes on your behalf).

Returns

🎁 Christmas Extended Returns Period
If you ordered between the 1st November - 15th December, you have until 15th January to return your order.

🇬🇧 UK Returns
UK returns cost £4, please tap on this link to fill in the returns form and get your returns label.

🌎 International Returns
International returns are sent via a courier of your choice to our UK warehouse at the customers expense. Please fill in the returns form here to receive the return address.

Returns Period
We want you to love your Yes Friends clothing! If it's not right you can return your items within 30 days of arriving, unworn with tags. Please note: for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us and re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store.

Machine wash at 30°C.
Line dry.
Wash with similar colours.
Do not bleach. But do wear on the beach.
Do not tumble dry.
Use a cool iron. 

When you’re done, recycle your clothing.

All our fabric is pre-shrunk to minimise shrinkage, but do allow for a small amount of shrinkage on first wash (3-4%).
