Returns
🎁 Christmas Extended Returns Period
If you ordered between the 1st November - 15th December, you have until 15th January to return your order.
🇬🇧 UK Returns
UK returns cost £4, please tap on this link to fill in the returns form and get your returns label.
🌎 International Returns
International returns are sent via a courier of your choice to our UK warehouse at the customers expense. Please fill in the returns form here to receive the return address.
Returns Period
We want you to love your Yes Friends clothing! If it's not right you can return your items within 30 days of arriving, unworn with tags. Please note: for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us and re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store.
Care
Machine wash at 30℃.
Line dry.
Wash with similar colours.
Do not bleach. But do wear on the beach.
Do not tumble dry.
Use a cool iron.
When you’re done recycle your clothing.
Fabric
Made from 100% fairly traded, organic cotton.
The organic cotton is pre-shrunk before cutting & sewing to minimise shrinkage, but do allow for a small amount of shrinkage on first wash (3-4%).
You can now tip your garment workers at checkout! 100% of tips go directly to garment workers.
Good Wages
We run a pioneering bonus scheme for garment workers, to ensure they receive a good wage.
Solar Factory
The majority of our partner factories are solar assisted, reducing CO2 during production.
