SUBMIT A RETURN

Standard Returns Period

We want you to love your Yes Friends clothing! If it's not right you can return your items within 30 days of arriving, unworn with tags. Please note: for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept opened returns of underwear.

🇬🇧 UK Returns

UK returns cost £4, please tap on this link to fill in the returns form and get your returns label.

🌎 International Returns

International returns are sent via a courier or your choice at the the customers expense to our warehouse in the UK. Please fill in the returns form here to receive the return address.

We aim to process your returns within 3 working days of them arriving with us. When we have processed your return and issued a refund it can take up to 5 working days to arrive in your bank. All refunds are sent to the card you paid on.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us and re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store.
