🇬🇧 Free UK delivery over £100
Standard UK delivery is £4 and ships Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Express UK delivery is £5 and ships Royal Mail Tracked 24.
🇺🇸 Standard US delivery is $9.95 to all states and aims to arrive in 3-8 working days. US orders include all import taxes and duties.
🇪🇺 Eurozone delivery is 7,95€ and aims to arrive in 3-6 working days, with some eastern EU destinations taking up to 8 days. EU orders (except Canary Islands) include import VAT and duties in the product price. If you'd like to order above 150€ please order in two separate transactions (this is due to EU rules on the value of goods we can send whilst still collecting taxes on your behalf).
🇨🇦 Canada delivery is $14.95 and aims to arrive in 4-7 working days. Canadian orders exclude import VAT and duties, where applicable these are payable by the customer on delivery.
🌎 International delivery is £9.95 excluding import VAT and duties, and aims to arrive in 5-8 working days (however, some smaller countries can take up to 15 days).

International Import VAT and Duties
US and EU (except Canary Islands) import tax and duties are included on all orders. For the rest of the world, import tax and duties, where applicable, are payable to the shipping company by the customer on delivery. There may also be a handling or brokerage charge levied by the shipping carrier to collect these fees.

🎁 Christmas Extended Returns
If you ordered between the 1st November - 15th December, you have until 15th January to return your order.
Standard Returns
We want you to love your Yes Friends clothing! If it's not right you can return your items within 30 days of arriving, unworn with tags. Please note: for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept opened returns of underwear.

🌎 International Returns
International returns are sent via a courier or your choice at the the customers expense to our warehouse in the UK. Please fill in the returns form here to receive the return address.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us and re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store.
