Today, we’ve launched new limited edition T-shirts in collaboration with our favourite summer artist, Charlie Taylor. 

But first, let’s talk about something just as important.

Last week, our friend Sam brought strawberries into the office.

These strawberries weren't just in season, they tasted like the first week of summer. Like cane sugar doesn't know what true sweetness tastes like. Like maybe it's time to quit the 9-5 and start a strawberry farm. 

You take a bite, and you know there’s some good still in this world.

On just another routine Wednesday, muddling through the to-do list, we’d found a shortcut to optimism.

Which brings us onto an important point…

Maybe the world isn’t all doom and gloom

Now we’re not taking spades to the Devon coast so we can find a sandy spot to stick our heads into.

There is a lot of heavy stuff going on out there. Plenty in the fashion industry.

We see big brands making big statements and leaving it at that. And some of them are sticking their heads in the sand.

Thanks to you, though, we’re able to follow through, even going beyond certifications so we can tip our garment workers and ensure good wages.

Thanks to you, friends, the world isn’t all doom and gloom.

We think it’s important to keep remembering that – and so we collaborated with a designer called Charlie Taylor – remember her?



When you look at what Charlie can do with paint (and an iPad), it’s hard to think the good times haven’t arrived.

The designs you chose – oranges and tomatoes and sunshine and ocean joy – are now featured on our classic, organic white tee. You know the one.





It’s the same glorious tee – now with pretty motifs the size of the ice cube in your first summer Piña colada, and a “Yes Friends” script so beautiful it makes us want to throw away our laptop keyboards and take up calligraphy.

We want more shortcuts to optimism like this.

Because maybe the world isn’t all doom and gloom, after all.

And you can slip on these limited edition oranges, tomatoes, sunbeams and waves…

…and taste the first week of summer all over again.
